UK Delivery

All UK Delivery is free.
Once you have placed your order of stocked items, you have agreed to allow us 5 working days to post your item. Bespoke or made-to-order jewellery may take 6 weeks, for production before shipping.

All UK items under £150 are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All UK items over £150 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will need to be signed for.

 

International Delivery

We deliver internationally with relevant charges applied.  

Every item is sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they remain the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping times vary based on customs processing in the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, it is the customers responsibility.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible +44 07980 886996 or ariana.watling@yahoo.com with your order number and photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Refund Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Ready-to-Wear item to request a return. 

Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including made-to-order, bespoke, custom, shaped-to-fit, resized or engraved items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return postage charges. We recommend returning your item(s) Royal Mail Special Delivery, and ensuring your parcel is securely sealed. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you cannot return your items within 14 days of receipt of order, please contact us within this time frame. Items can only be returned outside of 14 days of receipt if approved in writing by ourselves.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will aim for your repair or replacement to be fully resolved in 14 days, however, this timescale may vary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including made-to-order, bespoke, custom, shaped-to-fit, and resized or engraved items. These items are specially made to your particular specifications, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. If you are unsure if the item you purchased is eligible for return or exchange, please contact us.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This does not apply to any made-to-order, bespoke, custom or shaped-to-fit items, or earrings of any kind.

Refunds and cancellations

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, minus any postage costs, on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us on +44 07980 886996 or ariana.watling@yahoo.com

If you need to cancel your made-to-order, bespoke, custom, shaped-to-fit or resized ready-to-wear purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after your order was placed. After this time, we cannot guarantee we are able to cancel your order with a full refund.
